We develop and design machines, especially housings and sound insulation panels, as well as complex sheet metal assemblies, and bring them economically in line with safety, productivity and ergonomics.
We simulate and calculate the strength and deformation of complex holders and complex assemblies according to the finite element method (FEM) and the flow of liquids and gases according to Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulation (CFD).
We develop, design and automate assembly, embossing and welding equipment.
We create standard-compliant design documents and assist in incorporating the drawings and parts lists into the respective systems. We create detailed spare parts catalogs, user-friendly operating instructions and the necessary CE conformity declarations.
We deliver prototypes and small batches and supervise their start of production.
Tool making, Fixture- and Special machines construction
Designing, planning, constructing, manufacturing, tuning, commissioning.
We design and manufacture complex progressive tools, various punching and bending tools, individual clamping, assembly, welding and testing devices and gauges as well as semi-automatic and fully automated production lines.
We produce models, individual parts, prototypes and small batches according to drawing, dataset or volume model on modern CNC machining centers.
We use the latest CNC milling, turning, EDM, grinding and laser technology.
In addition, we are contract manufacturer for tipless round grinding.
